How the migration works

Add Limita to the board
A board admin enables the Power-Up from the Trello directory. Your workspace trial starts when Limita first loads on the board.

Limita spots your Activity Timer data
If the board has Activity Timer history on it, a "Migrate Data" banner appears on the card back and in settings.

Run the migration
One click copies the history across. Activity Timer keeps its own data, so nothing is deleted or moved out of it.
Migration runs during your trial or on an active subscription, and only a board admin can start it.
Why Limita instead of Activity Timer
Activity Timer is free and stays available, but it is in maintenance mode. It gets fixes, not new features.
Limita is where the work goes now: clients and billable hours, CSV reports you can invoice from, threshold alerts before an estimate is blown, timers that start themselves when a card moves, and live updates across every device on the board.
It is a paid product, which is what lets it be supported properly. One price per Trello workspace, however many people and boards are on it.
