Start tracking time in Trello

Add Limita to a board in your Trello workspace, open a card, and start your first timer. Here is what you need to know.

A board admin has to enable it

Trello only lets board admins authorize a Power-Up. If you are not an admin you can still track time, but an admin has to do the connecting. That is what switches on auto-start timers, checklist sync and estimate alerts. Limita shows you which of your teammates can do it, with a message you can send them.

The board has to be in a Trello Workspace

Limita bills and reports per Workspace, so a board sitting outside one cannot be tracked. If yours is a personal board, open the board menu → Settings → Change Workspace and move it into a Workspace first.

Connecting takes one click, and it is read-only

Limita asks Trello for read access only. It reads your cards to attach time to them and registers a webhook so timers can react to card moves. It never modifies, creates or deletes anything on your boards.

Billing is per Workspace

One price covers the whole Workspace with unlimited people and boards. Payment is by card through Stripe, which handles any tax and sends your receipt and invoice.

Ready when you are

Your workspace gets a 14-day trial when Limita first loads on a board. Every feature is included, with no credit card required.
